Walking Holidays|Ramblers Worldwide
Ramblers Holidays is the sister organisation of the Ramblers’ Association. The company was established in 1946 and can thus claim to be The Original Walking Company. They organise trips in the UK, throughout Europe and the rest of the globe. Some trips are physically challenging, others less so. All are full of interest without being too ‘intense’, and provide a wonderful holiday. The holidays are graded for all levels of walkers. Also featured are downhill and cross-country skiing and winter walking holidays, sometimes with the chance to try all three activities, as well as tours for those interested in flowers, tours that include city sightseeing and the recently introduced cruise and walk and rail and walk tours. Check out their website at www.ramblersholidays.co.uk.
